Elemet Group has offered the Legacy Award for every quarter, with one annual winner.
The Legacy Award is given to those who show our core values; Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, Driven, and Fun. The Legacy Award program allows all employees to nominate someone who has stood out to them while representing our core values. The winner and nominee also receive a cash prize if they are chosen by the leadership team at the end of the quarter.
We would like to congratulate our Q2 Legacy Award winners, Brock and Devon!
Brock Zimmerman is our Buyer and Inventory Control Analyst at Elemet Manufacturing. He was nominated by Scott Wyman for showing the core values of TEAMWORK and DRIVEN. Scott said, “Brock has shown awesome leadership by providing training to the new material handlers. He has come in on multiple weekends to get inventory corrected and work with operators on the floor to get materials picked correctly. He truly shows he cares about having things correct and communicates the importance of keeping the system functioning. He has made a vast improvement in the organization of the shop. He demonstrates all the core values and is a pleasure to work with.”
Devon Lamke is one of our Welders at Elemet Manufacturing! Devon was nominated by Chris Dauplaise for showing the core values of TEAMWORK and DRIVEN. Chris said, “When an employee had a medical emergency on the production floor, Devon reacted without hesitation. He took control of the situation and directed others. Devon’s background as a voluntary firefighter was instrumental in resolving a critical situation. Devon showed he was driven to perform not only his job, but his duty as a first responder. He showed his ability to support his team any way he can.”
